The Lelis Hotel in Itapira was really nice in every way. The rooms were everything was super clean, the staff was friendly and professional, and the breakfast was awesome. We were especially pleased that they always gave us the same room and provided a cot for our baby. The overall experience was fantastic - good place, good staff, good food, and a great price.

The hotel had excellent room service and friendly and professional staff. the rooms were always clean, and they provided amenities such as a portable cot for families with a baby. Guests were pleased with the beautiful views and a great selection of breakfast options. the hotel provided consistent room allocation for multiple stays.
One minor issue was that the hotel lacked transportation , which might be inconvenient for those without their cars.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was both friendly and professional, always making sure we were comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and amenities like free parking and transportation made our stay even more convenient. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring this city, which has so much to offer. But perhaps our favorite part of the stay was the delicious breakfast - it really set us up for a great day!

The breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean and tidy for the price paid. The pool area was also a nice addition to the stay, and the location was pretty convenient for exploring the nearby attractions and restaurants.
My Easter weekend stay was not ideal. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, and didn't go out of their way to make guests feel welcome or valued.
